G.A.P.S. Diet Legal Chocolate Cake


Chocolate Cake

4 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups honey
4 eggs
2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. 
  2. Line 2 9" cake pans with parchment paper and grease the sides with coconut or palm oil
  3. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  4. In a medium bowl combine eggs and honey and wisk until well combined.
  5. Add egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Divide batter between both prepared cake pans and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean without any wet batter on it. Although there should be a few crumbs.
  7. Let cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting.
