Chocolate Cake
4 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups honey
4 eggs
2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Line 2 9" cake pans with parchment paper and grease the sides with coconut or palm oil
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- In a medium bowl combine eggs and honey and wisk until well combined.
- Add egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Divide batter between both prepared cake pans and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean without any wet batter on it. Although there should be a few crumbs.
- Let cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting.
