Peppermint Hot Chocolate
I just invented this today and it is AMAZING!!!!
Definitely not something you can get out of a paper package.
You will need:
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/4 ounces mint milk chocolate (I used half of a Seattle's Chocolates Mint Truffle bar)
In a small saucepan pour in the milk and heat on medium-low heat until it comes to a simmer (NOT A BOIL!). On a cutting board chop chocolate into small pieces, and put into a medium glass or metal bowl.\
Pour hot milk over chocolate and let sit for 3 minutes.
Whisk together until well combined.
Pour carefully into a 16oz. mug.
Enjoy!
